We invite you to join with The Scottish Rite Foundation of Texas in this worthy project of preserving our history for the benefit of future generations. Give a gift in your own way. Some of the methods of giving chosen by others have been:
- CASH TODAY - Cash gifts are used to supplement the cost of daily operation and administration of the Library and Museum.
- MEMORIALS - To The Scottish Rite Foundation of Texas in honor or in memory of loved ones.
- LIFE INSURANCE - If a charity is made both the owner and beneficiary of a life insurance policy benefit. The donor may treat the cash value as a gift, and also deduct the premium payments as a contribution. The proceeds are exempt from estate taxes.
- BEQUESTS - Your last will and testament can convey whatever you desire to bequeath. In this connection, it is important to consult an attorney.
- COMMITTEE OF ONE THOUSAND - A gift of $1000 or more will enroll the donor as a member of the Committee of One Thousand and the donor's name will be entered on the permanent plaque on display in the Library and Museum.
- HISTORICAL GIFTS - The Texas Scottish Rite Library and Museum requests gifts of books, museum items of a historic or Masonic nature. The Foundation has dedicated itself to making this a dynamic library and museum to which the Freemasons and the general public are invited to use.
